Do you know someone celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary? The birth of a new baby? If so, you can request a special congratulatory letter request from my office and, in the case of birthdays of 80 years and over, and anniversaries of 50 or more years, the White House as well.

To request a congratulatory letter request for or from a resident of California's 26th congressional district, please complete and submit the following form. If you have any questions regarding the request, please contact my Glendora office.

Please note that a minimum of five weeks notice (prior to the event date) is required for processing. Processing by the event date is not guaranteed for requests received with fewer than five weeks notice. We are unable to fulfill requests after the date of the event, except for wedding and birth announcements.
