Dreier Announces Service Academy Information Night

SAN DIMAS, CA – Congressman David Dreier (R-San Dimas, CA) has announced information regarding his annual United States Service Academy Information Night. The event will take place on Monday, March 30th at 8 p.m. at the La Verne Community Center, 3680 D Street, La Verne, California.
Representatives from the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, the U.S. Military Academy, and the U.S. Naval Academy will be in attendance to discuss educational and career opportunities at the Academies, as well as the steps involved in the admissions process.
The event is open to parents and all interested young men and women, 17 – 23 years of age, who are residents of the 26th Congressional District.
The Academies are consistently ranked among the finest colleges in the United States. Both tuition and room and board are provided at no cost to the student in return for a service commitment upon graduation.
Congressman Dreier’s district includes the following communities: Arcadia, Bradbury, Charter Oak, Claremont, Glendora, La Canada Flintridge, La Crescenta, La Verne, Monrovia, Montclair, Montrose, Rancho Cucamonga, San Antonio Heights, San Dimas, San Marino, Sierra Madre, Upland, Walnut, Wrightwood, and portions of Altadena, Pasadena, and San Gabriel.
